This site was bought in the view to enhance planning from six units to further eleven residential units, with a commercial unit spread across ground floor and basement.

The site has had many different uses over the years. It was originally a police station which was then used as a council interpretation office, later converted to residential use of six flats. After a successful planning approval, the site was demolished and rebuilt to the current scheme.

The current scheme resulted in 11 luxury residential units with mixed property sizes including one, two and three bedroom apartments. We also achieved a ground floor commercial unit with 2 storey basement, maximizing the full potential of the site.
